When making your booking, you craft your experience to suit your organisation’s needs. You can opt for an all-inclusive solution that gives you everything you need or choose from a range of options and extras according to the needs of your members and guests.Â

Our inclusive full-day packages include everything you need to make your booking, conference, or meeting a successful and memorable event. Each package includes all-day coffee, tea, and water – available immediately upon arrival – along with a selection of sweet and savoury bites, sandwiches, fruit platters, wraps, and rolls. Our packages also accommodate all dietary requests.Â
For the price of $150 per person, a full-day package provides access to our selection of presentation equipment, such as the screens in our auditorium and our meeting and conference rooms. Additionally, all necessary equipment – flip charts, whiteboards, etc. – is included. Our team will also ensure your booking space is set up according to your preferences prior to your arrival, so you and your guests can simply turn up and get started with your event. Â
For those interested, tours of our Sydney Adoption Centre are available to book for an additional cost. Half-day packages are also offered for more flexible scheduling. Please note that you must a space for a minimum of 3 hours.Â
The full day hire of a booking space at the RSPCA NSW Education Centre offers a range of extras and room setups to suit the needs of any event. The configuration you choose can be tailored to the number and needs of your guests, as well as the number of rooms you book and the equipment you require. This flexibility ensures that your event can run comfortably, whether you’re hosting a sizeable conference or a smaller corporate event. Boasting an array of versatile meeting rooms and video conferencing equipment, our Education Centre is perfect for both corporate and community events. With reserved handicapped parking located directly beside the main entrance, the RSPCA NSW Education Centre is completely wheelchair accessible. The auditorium and our meeting rooms are located on the ground level. Furthermore, should visitors wish to visit our shelter, the centre is outfitted with lifts leading to the Sydney Adoption Centre.

For any event-related enquiries or booking cancellations, please contact our Education Centre Manager at educationcentre@rspcansw.org.au. If given 30 days’ notice of your booking cancellation, we’ll provide you or your organisation with a full refund of your deposit.Â
However, if you would like to cancel your booking within 30 days of your event, we may still be able to transfer your booking to another date (subject to availability).
