There are several ways you can help us protect and care for the animals of NSW. You could become a monthly donor, set up Workplace Giving through your payroll, make a one-off donation, donate in memory of a loved one, or even leave a gift in your Will. Â
If you aren’t in the position to contribute with money, you can also directly support our shelters and adoption centres by providing our teams with essential animal supplies. You could also become a volunteer or fundraise for our programs and locations. Even purchasing RSPCA Pet Insurance can go a long way, as a portion of your fees contributes directly to supporting the animals in our care.Â
However you decide to support us, your generosity will make a lifesaving difference to vulnerable animals across the state. Thank you for sharing in our belief that our animal companions matter. Without supporters like you, our impact simply wouldn’t be the same.
There are countless ways you can transform the lives of people and animals alike. Make a lifesaving difference today by becoming a foster carer, attending fundraising events, donating, volunteering, and more. No matter how you decide to contribute, every gift helps us ensure that animals across NSW can receive the treatment, rehabilitation, and love that they deserve.Â
Leaving RSPCA NSW a gift in your Will is a beautiful way of...

Yes! Any contribution over two dollars is tax deductible.
Even if you aren’t in the position to donate money to RSPCA NSW, you can support our shelters and adoption centres by providing our teams with essential animal supplies. Our shelters keep a wish list of items such as bedding, towels, and toys – items like these are always in need and greatly appreciated by our shelter animals.Â
You could also volunteer, become a foster carer, or fundraise for our programs and veterinary hospitals. Even something as simple as purchasing RSPCA Pet Insurance can go a long way, as a portion of your fee contributes directly to the care of animals across NSW.
RSPCA NSW regularly partners with tele-fundraising agencies to raise essential funds for vulnerable animals across the state. The purpose of these calls can vary, from inviting supporters to join the RSPCA Rescue Team (our monthly donors), purchasing RSPCA Lottery tickets, or simply calling to update existing donor information.Â
Our tele-fundraising agencies will always identify themselves at the start of a call and will only use a visible phone number, typically a mobile (never a private number). Please note that you will only be contacted during the following hours:Â Â
Monday to Friday, 9am – 8pmÂ
Saturday, 9am – 5pmÂ
They will not call on Sundays or public holidays.Â
Tele-fundraising remains one of the most effective ways to raise vital funds for our cause, helping us reach our generous community of animal-loving supporters. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our Supporter Care team at 1300 777 221.Â
RSPCA NSW CEO Steve Coleman often sends our letters asking for support to help continue our mission to protect and care for people and animals. These letters usually highlight recent animal cruelty cases in addition to featuring heartwarming adoption and rescue stories.
RSPCA NSW examines all donation refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Of course, we will endeavour to ensure that genuine errors are rectified, however each decision will be made at RSPCA NSW’s discretion.Â
Unfortunately, RSPCA NSW does not give refunds if you change your mind. For this reason, please make your decision to donate to RSPCA NSW carefully. Should a request for a refund be approved, any receipt reflecting this payment will become invalid and will not be tax deductible.Â
You can view our full donation refund policy here.
