Urgent Call for Information – Multiple Cats Attacked and Killed in Sydney Posted on December 29, 2017 RSPCA NSW is urgently appealing to members of the public for information after two cats were found deceased in Sydney recently. A ginger and white cat was found hanging by a rope on children’s play equipment at Spencer Park in Penrith and a decapitated chocolate tortoiseshell cat was discovered in the grounds of a school on Tamborine Bay Road in Riverview.
