Little bit about Genevieve, the Rescuoodle

Hi there! My name is Genevieve, and I’m a 2-year-old Domestic Shorthair looking for my forever home. I’m a sweet and loving cat, though I’ll admit, I take a little while to warm up to new people. I prefer a calm environment, so I’m looking for someone who can give me the time and space I need to settle in comfortably. Loud noises can startle me, so a peaceful atmosphere is ideal.

I’m great with people who understand and respect my boundaries, and it’s important that my new owner knows how to read my body language so they can tell when I’m feeling stressed. A home with no children under 6 would be perfect, as younger kids can be a bit overwhelming for me at times. Once I’ve adjusted, I’ll show you just how affectionate and playful I can be!
