Little bit about Toastie, the Rescuoodle

I’m Max, a young German Shepherd boy, and I’m looking for a family who will love me just as much as I’ll love them! I’m a super smart pup, and I’ll be a dream to train. I love to keep myself busy by playing with my toys, running around, shaking them, and then bringing them to my bed to chew on when I’m ready to chill. I’m a fun, loving, and clever boy who’s ready to find a forever home where I can grow and learn.

I’m Smart and Sweet: I catch on to things really quickly, and I’m always eager to learn! Training is something I enjoy, and I’m great at listening. With the right guidance, I’ll be an amazing companion!

I get excited around younger children, they make funny noises and move around a lot! I can get jumpy and silly so please bring any older, calmer children to shelter so I can meet them and we can make sure we're all comfortable and happy.

Right now, I get a little overwhelmed when I see or hear other dogs. I tend to bark a lot when I see them. I’m not quite comfortable with other dogs, so I’d be happiest as the only dog in the home.

I used to live outside, so I’d really benefit from having access to both indoor and outdoor spaces. I’m still a young pup and have lots of energy, so having room to run and play would be perfect for me!

I’m still just a pup I’d really benefit from some ongoing training to help me grow into the best dog I can be. I’m very responsive and eager to learn, so I’d be a great fit for a family that’s ready to keep training me and help me become my best self.

I’m an energetic, smart, and sweet boy with a lot of potential. I’m looking for a home where I can feel safe, learn new things, and grow into the loyal and loving companion I’m meant to be.
