Hi there, my name is Cecil

I came to the shelter to start a new life, the staff at the shelter are super nice and say that I am very chatty and really enjoy pats. I like to hang out in the sun and and watch the world go by. There are some fun toys to play with and a scratching post I can really get my nails into which I really enjoy.
