Hi, my name is Chai
I am a happy kitty cat. Well mannered yet cheeky at times. I love the company of my humans, and don't mind other cats as long as they are not too boisterous.
I came in with some rashes which has now cleared up. I was initially place on a special diet as it may have been the cause of my rashes however this was not the case. I am now on normal food. My staple is Royal Canin indoor dry, this sits well with me and keeps my skin clear. I also love to dabble in some wet food, a little bit daily doesn't seem to affect me so please offer me some, especially the pate stuff – yum. Please note that I do startle easily at times so it is best I go home to a quiet place to keep my stress levels down. I may be shy to begin with as new smells and unfamiliar environments can make me feel insecure, so please start me off in my own space and let me be for a bit. I will come and greet you when I am ready, which won't be long as I do have a curious personality. Once I feel safe and become comfortable I will shower you with love and affection……..I do love head bunts (not fond of back scratches) so if I have access to a high scratcher I can greet you head to head, my way of saying I love you. I am currently on medication to help me cope in shelter, however this can be weaned off as soon as I settle. If you would like a petite, gentle, yet cheeky loving soul, I am the one for you.
Take me home or loose me forever, love Chai
