Hello Everyone!
My name is Thea, and I'm hoping to find my forever home, with a kind family who will help me be the best kitten that I know I can be.
My perfect home will be one where my new family has a good understanding of cat behaviour, especially for those of us who are timid, and can be fearful of new situations. I am currently in foster care, which is helping me to gain more confidence, and I am making gradual progress, my motto is "slow and steady wins the race!"
I have met some calm older cats, and they have helped me on my journey. I like to take my time exploring my environment, preferably smaller spaces to start with, until I am familiar with my new surroundings. I enjoy playing with toys, I LOVE my food! ( chicken, sardines), the list goes on!
I will need a bit of time to get used to my new surroundings, so please be patient. My foster carer will be happy to chat with you about how best to interact with me so that I feel comfortable, and happy in my new home.
My ideal new home would be quiet, with cat experienced children over the age of 12, as I still startle easily.
If you think that you have room in your home for me, and are happy to work on building my confidence, then I could well be the young lady for you. Make an appointment with our lovely staff, and we can go from there.
See you soon!
Love From Thea
PS. My adoption fee is $270 & I come desexed & microchipped, with my vaccinations, flea & worming treatments all started
