Make a difference in an animals life today!
Hello there! My name is Daffodil, a charming little lady with a heart as bright as my namesake flower. I'm a Pug/Jack Russell terrier mix, about 2 years young, full of energy but with a mild manner that makes me perfect for a calm and peaceful home. I'm looking for a human who works average hours and can spend quality time with me. I'm quite sociable with some other dogs, so if you have room in your heart for one more, that would be great! I will need to meet any potential doggy friends prior to going home with you to ensure our energy levels match. I also have no known issues with children or other animals, so I can fit right into any loving home without a hitch.
My new yard needs to have fencing which I can't see through as I get a bit jealous when seeing others out and about and I want to join in! The staff here can help you with some ideas to help me regarding the fencing don't worry!
A little about me – I'm a curious girl and I love learning about life. Daily activities that stimulate my mind are my idea of fun! So, if you're up for some fun training sessions, we could be a match made in heaven. I need a home with someone who understands that I'm a dog who needs to explore and learn new things. But don't worry, I've been told I'm a quick learner and I love snacks!
My vets have plans to do further surgeries and this is already booked in at RSPCA Veterinary Hospital in Yagoona. I have had a pretty major surgery recently, so I will need to go home on crate rest with a post-operative plan. Which means I may be confined (on a lead, or in a crate) for up to 8 weeks. It is recommended that you are located in the Sydney/Illawarra/Central Coast as you will need to travel to Yagoona for further vet appointments.
Remember, I'm Daffodil, and I'm ready to bloom in my new forever home with you!
