Little bit about Bella, the Rescuoodle

Hi there! My name is Bella, and this is my best friend, Mr Whiskers. We’re a pair of 2-year-old cats who have spent our whole lives together. Because of our close bond, we need to go to a new home together.

When we first arrived at the shelter, we were really scared. Everything was new and unfamiliar, but over time, we began to feel more comfortable and even started to show some affection to the kind humans here. I am still a bit more reserved and may take a little longer to adjust to new surroundings, but with patience and understanding, I am sure I will come out of her shell just like Mr Whiskers did.

We’re both a little timid, so we need to go to a calm and quiet household. An adult-only home would be best for us. Our new family should have some knowledge of cat behaviour so they can understand when we need some space and when we’re ready for some love and attention.

One of our favourite things in the world is hidey holes. We love to have cozy spots where we can feel safe and secure, so please make sure our new home has plenty of these special hiding places for us.

When we arrived at the shelter, the vet discovered that we both have grade 1/4 dental disease. We’re feeling much better now, but it’s important to keep us on a high-quality diet to maintain our dental health.
