Little bit about Shadow, the Rescuoodle

Greetings, lovely humans! I'm ­Shadow , the magnificent feline with a sparkle in my eye and a skip in my step. Despite my diagnosis of FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), I'm bursting with excitement and ready to find my forever family!

Age is just a number, and I'm proof of that! Even though I'm an adult cat, I'm still as playful and curious as ever. I adore chasing after toys, exploring every nook and cranny, and lounging in sunbeams like a true sun worshipper. With me around, every day feels like a grand adventure waiting to unfold!

Sure, I may need a bit of extra care due to my condition, but I promise to repay your kindness with heaps of love, affection, and endless purrs. I'm a pro at cuddling up on the couch for cozy nights in or keeping your lap warm while you enjoy your favorite TV show.

I am currently being treated for ringworm which is a fungal infection – basically tinea. It's a temporary snag and will not stop me being my best self. My treatment includes oral medication and the odd wipe down to make sure there is no build up of fungal spores on my fur. Once this resolves you will know that life with me is a journey filled with joy, laughter, and plenty of snuggles.
