Little bit about Marty, the Rescuoodle

Hello there, my name is Marty! I may be eight years young, but let me assure you, I've still got plenty of love and companionship to offer. I like to follow you around and talk alot.

First things first, I'm a cat of simple pleasures. Give me a cozy spot in the sun, and I'll be as content as can be. Sure, I'll indulge in the occasional playful romp, but what I really excel at is the art of relaxation. Curling up beside you for a nap? Now, that's my idea of a purrfect day.

I must admit, my dental hygiene hasn't always been top-notch. But thanks to the caring folks at the shelter, I've had a little dental work done to keep my pearly whites in good shape. It's essential to keep me on a healthy diet to maintain my dental health, so I can continue enjoying all the tasty treats life has to offer.

Now, about my past—I was once a street-smart stray who found myself in need of a warm bed and a loving home. Those days weren't easy, and I even caught a case of the cat flu along the way. But with proper care and a stress-free environment and being indoors only, I've managed to keep those pesky symptoms at bay.

Oh, and speaking of health concerns, I should mention that I was exposed to feline parvovirus. But thanks to the dedication of the shelter staff and plenty of TLC, I'm feeling better than ever.
