Little bit about Nacho nee Elmo, the Rescuoodle

Hey there, my name is Elmo! I'm a cuddly man searching for my new home! I would suit a home where I can be included as part of the family, coming both inside and outdoors, as well as joining you for daily strolls, or simply snuggling up on a nice soft bed by your feet in the evening. My new home will need to have secure fencing, to help keep me safely at home.

Any children in the home will need to be over 6 years old, calm and confident around dogs, as I have not met many smaller people before and still learning how to play and interact with them. I would love to meet the whole family before coming home with you! I know sometimes you have to go out, if you leave me with some fun toys, yum treats, fresh water bowl and a sheltered, snuggly bed, I should be safe and happy until you get home. I would benefit from daily enrichment and interactive feeders to help keep my mind and body active. I’d be best as the only dog in the home, as I am not fond of other dogs and would like all the love, pats and attention for myself. Dog parks and off-leash areas are not ideal for me as I can be very picky with my friends and I do not like rude dogs rushing up to my face. I would much prefer walks around the neighbourhood or on-lead areas where we can relax and enjoy our time together.
