Little bit about Brennan, the Rescuoodle

Hi there,

My name is Brennan and I am a sweet boy finally on the lookout for my forever home. Could this be with you?

I am a big boofy boy! When I'm out and about with the humans at the shelter I like to ponder around and after a while I plonk myself down right next to them and give them lots of kisses. My favourite scritch scratch is right under my chin and around my cheeks, you guys just do it so much better than I do!

I have been in the shelter for a while now so when I first get home I would like to take things a little slow and just get to know my new family and house. I can be a little spooked of new things, and the big wide world can be a little overwhelming. If it's okay with you, can we please do baby steps when it comes to new things and our future explorations.

I am a pretty smart guy, I already know how to sit and the staff have been teaching me 'down' and 'stay'. I also quite like squeaky toys ! My two favourite things are people and food, and did you know people give me food, weird right? But seriously, I love cuddling up with my humans here.

I would prefer to be an only dog in the household because I can get a bit uncomfortable around other dogs so I wouldn't be suited to going to dog parks or other high traffic dog areas.
