Hi there!!! I'm Chewy, HAS BEEN INCARE FOR OVER 500 DAYS!!

I am on the lookout for my furrever home! I have enjoyed my time here at the RSPCA but I think it's time to begin my new chapter, with you?

I am a really sweet and confident cat once I get to know you but Initially I may be a little reserved. To be fair, I have been in a shelter for a very long while and this has been what I have grown to know. I will just need time to warm up preferably within a Launch room. A launch room is a smaller space within the house where I can have all my essentials and also make this area my safe space where I can grown my confidence.

I do really enjoy human attention but it does have to be on my terms. I would call myself pretty independent, I would love to have experienced owners with no kids under 12 in the home who will respect my boundaries and will bring out the best in me, though I may playfully show my limits. SPEAKING OF PLAY TIME. Playtime is a MUST, Hunter is my middle name. I love chasing ping pong balls and engaging with wand toys. After a good play session, a calm environment or enrichment activities like a lickimat will help me settle down.
